About Us

Starting with the common threads we share, we can spin the beginnings of peace, knit together neighborhoods and weave together a world that we can give to our children to do the same; a world that seeks the best in each of us and where those common threads become the fiber of our being.

First held in 2009, The North Jersey Fiber Arts Festival is a 100% volunteer-run, nonprofit festival hosted by The Unitarian Society of Ridgewood each fall, rain or shine. We bring together an amazing array of vendors, workshops, and demonstrations featuring the finest resources for all types of fiber artists. The event also features raffles and an outdoor cafe in our garden, under a tent.
